Have you ever wanted to do something different, actually step out of your comfort zone only to realize you don’t have the courage to do so?  Yeah, me too.

I’m not quite sure where it stems from, but I’ve always struggled with a lack of self confidence. It wasn’t until I was 35 years old when I decided to do something about it. I decided to go back to school, which scared me to death,  yet I wanted it so badly. I started taking night classes, got accepted into college and two years later graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Exercise Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. This was the best thing I ever did for myself and yes, I did it, myself!! I now have a career that I absolutely love, doing what I love most, which is helping people. Then when I turned 40, I signed up for my first sprint triathlon! Not sure why I wanted to do something like this and had no idea what I was doing, but I wanted to do it! I registered before I could talk myself out of it - I was committed! That commitment made me accountable to myself to train to the best of my ability and with that, I finished my first triathlon and signed up for more to follow! I will never forget that feeling of accomplishment coming across the finish line.  It is indescribable and it’s all mine.

So, what's my gig? I’m just a North Country girl who found my home in the beautiful Lakes Region with my little dog named Bear.  When I was told I could not have children my life sort of crumbled. I had so much to give and needed to find something that I could put my love and energy in to that would make a difference. That’s when I decided I was going to put myself through college and find an amazing career in physical therapy, become a group fitness instructor and become the best fitness mentor and coach I could possibly be.

Well, my 50th birthday has come and gone and I still have goals!  I am going to continue to strive on being the strongest and healthiest I can be and I am going to work as hard as I can to get there. These last few years have been tough, physically, with some health challenges that really threw me off track. But I’m getting closer to my goals and won’t stop until I’m there!  I’m so grateful for all that I have and all who I share my life with.
My passion is to help others find their self confidence, help achieve something they never thought was possible and go across their finish line! Everyone has their own journey, their own struggles. You could be struggling with something that is preventing you from being the best that you can be. I love fitness, I love to help people and I love to have fun. I want to help you find your passion with whatever that may be.

BS Outdoor Recreation,

AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, NASM Youth Exercise Specialist,  TABATA GX Instructor

Hi! My name is Liz. I was born and raised in Northwestern CT. I left the beautiful Berkshire mountains to go to college at Plymouth State University. During my time at PSU, I quickly fell in love with the area and 23 years later, still call this home!

I have a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Recreation with a Minor in Business Administration. I am AFAA-Certified Group Fitness Instructor and TABATA GX certified. I also help others live and feel their best lives, mentally and physically, through CBD and Hemp Wellness. When people ask what my job is, its hard to answer because I never feel like I’m going to “work”. I absolutely LOVE what I do, so it feels more like another day of just living the dream!! I am loving being a part of NH Adventure Bootcamp helping people get stronger and live healthier lives.

Wait! There's more! I’m also a full time Mom of a 11 and 9 year old, have an amazing hubby and dog, Boomer. We all go on plenty of adventures such as skiing, hiking, biking, or just beaching it. Yup, the mountains and the ocean have my heart too! What I love - helping others, seeing positivity in life, and living in the moment.
