What's new?

You've asked and we listened!  Starting, Saturday, November 15th, we are bringing our "Saturday Strong" classes back for the fall/winter season!!!  Classes are from 8:00-9:00 a.m. and you will want to make sure you bring your same sense of humor to these classes, because as you well know., we like to have fun while we sweat!  Even on Saturdays!!!

Don't forget about our,  "Bootcamp Kidz"  classes, Wednesdays, from 4:15-5:00PM (these classes are on the same schedule as the boot camp classes, on for 4 weeks, off for one, see calendar for schedule) 

Fitness Class for Kids ages 5-10 (Kindergarten-4th grade)

It’s never too early to teach kids the value of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to help develop a life long habit of physical fitness all while having FUN! Get disconnected from those screens, avoid childhood obesity, make up for less recess times and burn that energy after school!


Minimum of 6, Maximum of 12.  $50 for the session, Drop ins welcome.  Sibling discounts offered.

Our 'REFER A FRIEND DEAL"  is still on!!  If you refer a friend, then you receive $10.00 off an $88.00 package and $20.00 off a $132.00 package!  Now, your "friend" must sign up for a 4 week session for you to get the deal and once that friend has committed they get the same deal!  Not a bad "deal" huh?
