What is it?

The New Hampshire Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals through fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training from our Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer. Adventure Boot Camp is packed with fun and exciting activities to keep your workouts enjoyable everyday!

What if I'm not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others. What types of exercises are included in the program?

Exercises include: core conditioning, short distance running (one mile maximum), functional training, cardio, lunges, muscular strength, ab work, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, push-ups, stretching, surprises, and more!

How often will we meet?

Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. There is also a 3 day a week option available.

What do I need to bring?

You will need to bring one set of 5 - 8 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat (you will be on grass and hard-top). Running shoes are required. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens in the winter. Dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!

So, what will I gain in camp?

Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem! By participating, you will also earn your certificate of completion that you'll proudly display to your friends and family!

Why should I participate?

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?

Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299 for 20 hours of instruction! You can also choose to come three days per weeks for just $199. The only other costs would be any personal fitness items (water, weights, etc), that you choose to bring with you. C'mon, you know your worth it!

Note: Even greater results occur when you enroll in the full 5-day per week program.

How do I sign up?

We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You may register online or call (603) 254-8654. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration information you will be notified to make an appointment.
