What is it?
The New Hampshire Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals through fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training from our Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer. Adventure Boot Camp is packed with fun and exciting activities to keep your workouts enjoyable everyday!
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others. What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, short distance running, functional training, cardio, lunges, muscular strength, ab work, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, push-ups, stretching, surprises, and more!
How often will we meet?
Please see our Calendar for actual program dates, though typically Plymouth classes are held three days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Bristol classes are held two days a week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring one set of 5 - 8 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat (you will be on grass and hard-top). Running shoes are required. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens in the winter. Dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!
So, what will I gain in camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem! By participating, you will also earn your certificate of completion that you'll proudly display to your friends and family! By participating, you will also earn a unique Adventure Boot Camp dog tag that you can proudly display to your friends and family!
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each 3-day/Plymouth four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $199 for first-timers. Those returning for a 2nd camp will receive a discount of 10% for $179 and 3rd timers or "Committed Campers" receive 15% off for $169 per session.
The 2-day/Bristol four-week boot camp sessions are a flat fee of $112 per session. The only other costs would be any personal fitness items (water bottle, weights, fitness mat, etc.) that you choose to bring with you. C’Mon, you know you’re worth it!
How do I sign up?
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You may register online or call (603) 254-8654. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration information you will be notified to make an appointment.
